Delivery Information

1. Shipping Costs and Locations.  

All orders are sent as tracked packages from Spain with Standard/Express International Delivery.  Delivery time usually takes 7-20 working days(3 to 8 Working Days for Express Shipping) in Europe. The Delivery time may Differs, depends up on the destination country. In case of Out of Stock, we will contact you to update you on the status of your order as soon as possible.

We have our office/headquaters in Spain,Murcia and our goods are despatched from the canary islands.

Shipping Costs: no shipping costs with in Europe With Order More than 150€.

Delivery locations: we deliver to Worldwide, but please note that there is NO FREE shipping out side the Europe. 

2.Watches & Sunglasses .

All Watches and Sunglasses will be shipped immediately and if there is no stock You will be informed by Us.

3.Tracking,Customs,Delay & Taxes.

We may deliver your order from any one of our store in Spain inclusing Canaria Islands depends on availability of the stock. We ship to most of the countries in the world, so please confirm the customs rules and regulations from your destination country only. We do not take any responsibility in caluculations or payments of customs on behalf of you. We will send you tracking numbers when items are shipped. We will insure all of our packages with Customer Instructions only. Delivery is usually within 10 days after shipping(Express Shipping will be quick), unless your customs delay packages. International customs may delay your packages. We will do everything possible to address any questions from your customs officers. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company (DHL or UPS) or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items 'gifts' - International government regulations do not allow such behavior. We will send Gifts to Our VIP customers along with their purchases and this will be intimated before shipping through mail to the customer.So far, none of our packages were returned by foreign customs.
